These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CareStaff AI platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CareStaff AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
CareStaff AI acts as an intermediary connecting healthcare providers with healthcare professionals. We do not employ candidates directly. All employment relationships, contracts, and payment arrangements are between the provider and the candidate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees for our recruitment and platform services are set out in separate agreements with providers. Payment terms, rates, and commission structures are agreed upon before services commence. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
All content, software, data, designs, and trademarks on the CareStaff AI platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareStaff AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for breach of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and data retention survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
